Construction Waste Pellet Mill Provides Efficient Construction Waste Recycling Solutions. Transform Waste Plastic and Papers from Building Waste Into Valuable RDF Pellet Fuel.
The construction waste pellet machine also called building waste pellet machine. It is mainly used to press plastic and waste paper from construction waste. These raw materials generally have high calorific value and low water content. After crushing, they can be directly pressed to RDF fuel pellets and then supplied to cement plants or waste power plants. The pressed RDF pellet fuel has high and stable calorific value and is a good alternative fuel.Using construction waste pellet maker is an innovative way to deal with construction waste. The screened construction waste is similar in composition to RDF (recyclable fuel derivative), so these pellets can be used as a low-cost alternative fuel and are widely used in industries such as cement plants and power plants.
Construction waste disposal is an emerging industry. As traditional energy sources become increasingly scarce, waste recycling has become an important issue that can’t be ignored. Here are the main advantages of construction waste disposal:
POWER | 7.5KW-280KW |
CAPACITY | 50-3000KG/H ( the actual capacity based on model and raw material composition) |
FEEDING SIZE | Within 30MM (the smaller the better) |
PELLET SIZE | 6-10mm(Adjustable) |
APPLICATION | Ciement factory, Industrial boiler, power plant |
FEATURES | Efficient, energy-saving, easy to maintain, low failure rate |
When planning a construction waste pellet production line, you need to consider the following aspects.
Mostly the construction waste has been screened by customers to obtain light and soft materials. Usually it needs two steps and pellet making. After crushing then the waste size within 20-30mm, the next step is making RDF pellets or RDF briquettes by pellet mill or briquette press. And most of the raw materials are dry, so dryer not a must in this kind of plant.
There are many combustibles with high combustion values and difficult-to-degrade waste, such as plastics, soft plastics, plastic films, rubber, cartons, cardboard, waste textiles, etc., which can be processed into fuel RDF pellets and combustible pellets.
The raw material size should be within 30mm. Larger construction waste must be crushed first.
The output typically from 50 to 3000 kg/h is avaliable, the actual capacity depending on the type, size, and moisture content of the raw materials.
