The flat-die pellet machine features a circular, flat-die positioned horizontally within the pelletizing chamber. This design is specifically tailored for processing fuel pellets at capacities below 1 ton per hour. In fuel pellet production, the mold diameter typically does not exceed 600 mm, as larger sizes can increase the risk of mold breakage, particularly with hardwood materials. To address this, we engineered our machine with a maximum flat-die diameter of 560 mm. This carefully considered design optimizes output while maintaining an exceptionally low failure rate, making this model the optimal choice for production capacities under 1 ton per hour.

The forming die of the ring-die pellet machine is circular, with raw materials being compressed horizontally into pellets by the press roller assembly. The pellets are then cut and transported out of the granulation chamber. Typically, the diameter of the ring die exceeds 460 mm, enabling high output, which makes this machine particularly well-suited for medium to large pellet production facilities.
